Who we are
Digistartme is an AI automation consultancy for small businesses. For privacy questions, email contact@digistartme.nl.
What we collect
When you submit the contact form or an enquiry following the assessment, we receive the information you provide: your name, business name, email address, assessment answers and any additional details.
How we use it
We use this information only to respond to your enquiry and discuss a possible discovery call. We do not send newsletters without separate consent or sell your data.
Legal basis
We process your personal data on the basis of the consent you give when submitting the form. You may withdraw that consent at any time.
Retention
Enquiries that do not lead to a working relationship are deleted within 12 months of the last contact. You may request earlier deletion.
Security
Your enquiry is stored in a secure database with our hosting provider, with access restricted to Digistartme. A confirmation email is sent to you and an email notification is sent to Digistartme through the hosting provider's email service.
Your rights
You have the right to access, correct or delete your personal data and to withdraw consent. Contact contact@digistartme.nl. You may also lodge a complaint with the Dutch Data Protection Authority (Autoriteit Persoonsgegevens).
Cookies
This website does not use tracking or advertising cookies. If we introduce analytics that require consent, we will request it beforehand.
